Casting Day

Let me just say, six hours is a long time for a little girl(and her mommy). She did make it through, but she was falling asleep while walking (she was walking, not being carried) out to the car, then she got her second wind and we had ice cream on the way home.

She did wonderful today. We got there at 8 and she got acquainted with Nicole and she had her cast put on at 9:30. She had a snack and was picking up cheese curls with her right hand. She was getting a little frustrated and she started trying to cheat, but overall she had a great attitude.

They weren't entirely happy with the way the cast was on , so they took it off for the night and are going to recast her in the morning. When Nick got home he asked her if she wanted the cast put back on and she said "YEAH." At least it didn't bother her today. We'll see how tomorrow goes.
